Description
This is a house located at 13 Waterloo Place, built in the early 19th century. The structure features grey headers with red brick quoins and dressings. There is a stuccoed band above the ground floor and a flat wooden eaves soffit beneath a pyramidal slate roof, which has a stack on the right side. The building has three storeys and a two-window front on both the first and second floors, with glazing bar sashes set in brick-dressed surrounds, which are shallower on the second floor. The ground floor has a round-arched window in the center, also with a glazing bar sash in a gauged head surround. To the left, there is an entrance with a reeded round-arched surround featuring a key-block, leading to a panelled door and fanlight. Additionally, there is a two-storey canted bay on the left-hand return front.
