Description
The Rectory is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It features walls made of brick in Flemish bond with blue headers, rubbed flat arches, and stone sills. The roof is hipped and tiled, with a gable on the north wing. The central block has end wings, and the east front elevation is two storeys high with a window arrangement of 1.3.3. The windows are sashes, and the north wing includes a mid 19th century two-storeyed splayed bay with three lights. The entrance has a stone moulded canopy supported by carved brackets, along with a reeded architrave and a half-glazed door. The other elevations are less regular, with the south side featuring an intermediate window that illuminates the staircase.
