Description

Bunkers Cottage is a cottage dating from the early 18th century, with 20th-century extensions. The walls are made of painted brickwork, featuring a first-floor band and a plinth on the older section. The roof is thatched, with a catslide at the rear and eyebrow dormers. Originally designed as a lobby-entrance house, it has a symmetrical front with one storey and an attic, containing two windows, and has been extended on the west side to include an additional window. The former central doorway is now partly filled with a 20th-century window, and the cottage has casement windows. The entrance is located at the east end.
