Description

Sunnyside is a house from the late 18th century, with extensions added in the late 19th century. It features stucco walls and a tiled roof. The symmetrical south front, which is elevated above street level, has two storeys and three windows, with the central window filled in. The windows are sashes set in exposed frames. There is a semi-circular open porch supported by a thin Doric Order, featuring a cornice with coupled modillions, slender columns and half-columns, an architrave, and a half-glazed door. On the east side, there is a large glazed bay that was formerly a shop, which stands out from the main structure. The west side includes an outshot with a boarded wall above a garage opening. Inside, the original staircase remains intact.
