Description

Cross Roads Cottage is a row of small cottages that have been converted into a single dwelling. The building dates from the 17th century and features a timber frame with cladding added in the late 18th century. The walls are primarily constructed of brick in Flemish bond, with some areas incorporating blue headers and a plinth, while parts of the timber frame are exposed. The roof is thatched and includes eyebrow dormers with tiled aprons and valleys. The west front elevation consists of one storey and an attic, with two above four windows and a projecting wing on the south side. The windows are a mix of casements, and the doors are plain.
