Description
Harpers is a hairdressers' premises located in a house that dates back to the 17th century or earlier. The building features a timber frame that has been restored and covered with roughcast. There is a string course above each floor, and the roof is tiled. The windows are casement style, although there are modern shop windows present as well. The building has two storeys and includes four windows. It has two gables, with the larger gable featuring an attic window.
