Description
This building, formerly occupied by W P Morland, a fishmonger, features a house attached to its north side and dates back to the 18th century, although it likely incorporates an older structure. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and has three windows along with two additional window spaces. There is one hipped dormer on the roof. The west front is covered in stucco, while the north front is made of stone rubble that was once painted. The roof is steeply pitched, hipped, and tiled, with a pentice at the back. The windows are casement style, and there is a modern shop window located at the south end of the ground floor.
