Description

This footbridge over the River Bradford is likely an 18th-century replacement of an earlier bridge. It is constructed from limestone, featuring seven limestone blocks set on the riverbed, which support five long limestone slabs. An additional rubble pier has been added to the north where one of the slabs has cracked. This bridge is part of a series of early bridge types commonly found in this area along old trackways.
