Description
This is a late 19th-century outbuilding located to the south-south-east of the house at Bateman's Farm. It is constructed from coursed rubble limestone and features quoins, plain gables, and a stone slated roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. The ground and first floor window openings have heavy stone frames, with the first floor end bays featuring shallow windows with segmental arched heads. There is a plain doorway in the middle, and an inserted plaque that reads 'BMBW 1904'. This outbuilding is listed for its group value with the adjacent farm.
