Description
Old Fillyford Bridge is a disused bridge dating from the mid-18th century, with later 19th-century parapets. It is constructed of limestone rubble with gritstone dressings and features rock-faced gritstone parapets. The bridge has three segmental arches made of gritstone voussoirs, with dressed gritstone triangular cutwaters positioned between the arches on both sides. The spandrels are made of limestone rubble, and the bridge has gritstone flat copings topped with late 19th-century rock-faced parapets and rock-faced copings above.
