Description
Eyam View Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the early 19th century, with a late 19th-century addition. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring tooled gritstone dressings and quoins, and has a stone slate roof. The eastern gable is stone-coped and has moulded kneelers, with stone stacks at the ridge and gable ends. The building is two storeys high and has three bays in a double range plan. There are three full-height, semi-circular headed blind arches, and in the western bay, there is a flush doorcase with a glazed panelled door. To the east, there are two glazing bar sash windows in plain surrounds, and above, there are three similar windows. A late 19th-century addition is located at the rear.
