Description
Thatch Meadow is a cottage that may date from the 17th, 18th, or 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared slabs of sandstone, featuring sandstone dressings and quoins. The roof is made of thatch and stone slate, with ashlar ridge and gable stacks. The building has two storeys and a three-bay south elevation. There is an off-centre porch with stone side walls and a slab roof. To the right of the porch, there is a two-light square section flush mullion window, and to the left are two similar windows. Above, there is one more similar window flanked by two-light casements. A garage to the left is not of special interest.
