Description
This is a house attached to the west of Ivy House, dating from the late 18th century with a slightly later addition. It is built of coursed squared gritstone with gritstone dressings and quoins. The roof is covered with plain tiles and features a stone gable end stack on the west side and a stone ridge stack on the east side.
The house has two storeys and three bays, plus an additional bay to the east. The entrance has a flush quoined doorcase with an incised plaque on the lintel and a 20th-century glazed door. On either side of the door, there are two-light flush mullion windows. Above the door, there are two similar windows with a raised circular window in between. To the east, there is another flush quoined doorcase with an incised plaque and a plank door, accompanied by a single light flush window. There is a similar window above this door. The fenestration consists of plain sashes and fixed glazing bar lights.
