Description
Ravenstones is a house dating from the late 18th century, with a 20th-century extension. It is constructed from hammer-dressed watershot stone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building has a single-depth plan with two storeys and a rear left wing that includes the 20th-century extension within the angle. The ground floor has three and five-light recessed flat-faced stone mullion windows, while the first floor features a similar eight-light window with a king mullion. There are gable chimney stacks and two-light gable windows. The left wing, which is obscured by the 20th-century extension on the ground floor, has a three-light window on the first floor.
