Description

This is a table tomb located three metres east of St Martin's Church, likely dating from the mid 17th century and possibly serving as a plague tomb. It is made of stone and features a plain base. The east and west sides have semi-circular headed niches; the east side is blank, while the west side displays an hourglass and two upturned armorial shields below. The north and south sides each contain three semi-circular headed niches with roll moulded arches, and each panel is adorned with a single Tuscan column in relief. Above is an inscribed slab with a moulded edge, although the inscription is now illegible.
