Description

This is a terrace of four cottages, built in 1822. The cottages are constructed from coursed limestone with gritstone dressings and feature plain gables. They have intermediate ridge stacks with moulded caps and a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of four bays, with 2-light chamfer mullioned casements. The ground floor windows and stone-framed doorways have hood moulds with stops, and there are plain planked doors. A circular plaque on the first floor is dated 1822.
