Farmhouse. Probably early C19. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings; clay tile roof with coped verges; integral dressed stone end stack and ridge stack. 2 parallel ranges; 3-room lobby-entry plan; staircase housed in rear range. - 3 storeys, reduced proportions to second floor; 3 windows; mullioned; all windows have 2 lights and flat faced mullions, those to second floor retain 4-pane casements; the others are C20 pivoted lights; C20 glazed door to right of centre with bracketed hood. Interior: Corbelled fireplace to centre room.
