Description
Upper Ashop Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed rubble gritstone, featuring gritstone dressings and a stone slate roof. The building has stone coped gables with kneelers and stone gable end stacks. It stands two storeys high and has three bays, with the east elevation being double fronted. The central doorway is surrounded by a stone quoin, and it has a 20th-century part glazed door. On either side of the door are 2-light square section mullion windows with casements. Above, there are two similar windows with a single light central window.
