Description
Brookwood Farmhouse is a 18th-century building that originally served as farm buildings for Fir Tree but is now a separate farmhouse. It features rubble sandstone construction and a French tile roof. The structure is a single-storey range with four openings. There is a board door located to the right of center, along with a two-light, top-opening window and a four-light casement window to the right, both of which have painted timber lintels. At the left end, there is an inserted four-light, large-pane mullioned window. A stack is located at the left end of the building. This farmhouse is included in the listing for its group value.
