Description

Beacon Windmill is a tower windmill built around 1800, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed from coursed dressed stone and features stone dressings. The windmill has a plain stone eaves band and stands three stories tall with a circular plan. The ground floor includes a large doorway with plank doors, while the two upper floors each have a single window opening that does not contain windows.
