Description

GOATHLAND NZ 80 SW 8/80 Range of farmbuildings approximately five metres north of Partridge Hill Farmhouse GV II Barn with loft; stable and cartshed; byres and loose boxes. Cartsheds now garage. C18 with later alteration and extension. Rubble sandstone with pantile roof. 1½-storey barn with 1-storey stable and cartshed to left; 1-storey extended range of byres or loose boxes to right. Board stable doors beneath painted timber lintels to all parts. Window of two fixed lights to stable. Coped gables. Wrought iron weathervane on barn. Interior of stable: partitions and fixtures for three stalls survive. Included for group value.
