Description
Apple Blossom Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of squared sandstone and features a pantile roof along with rebuilt brick stacks. The cottage is a single storey with an attic and has a two-window front. The left side has irregular quoins. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with two glazed lights on either side, which is flanked by large-pane horizontal sliding sashes with three lights. There is also a two-light, small-pane horizontal sliding sash at the left end. The attic features raking dormers with three-light casements. The ground floor openings have renewed timber lintels, and there are stacks at the ends and left of centre.
