Description
Sunnyside is a house, probably built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from evenly-coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone and features a pantiled roof with stone copings and kneelers, along with a brick chimney stack. The building has two storeys and two bays, arranged irregularly.
On the left side, there is a six-panel door situated beneath a gabled wooden hood supported by full-length brackets. To the right, there are two 20th-century three-pane fixed lights with transom openings, which are set under a wooden lintel. Similar windows are located above. The gable copings rest on block kneelers, and the chimney is positioned at the right end. This house is included for its group value.
