Description
Kirby House is a house dating to around 1800, with 20th-century renovations. It is constructed of limestone rubble with a pantile roof. The house follows a 2-cell direct entry plan, with a continuous outshut to the rear. It is two storeys high and has two windows on the first floor. A 20th-century half-glazed door is present. The windows throughout are 3-light Yorkshire sashes, set beneath concrete lintels. The roof has a swept profile, and there are end stacks. The building is included on the list for group value considerations.
