Description

Pond Farm is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of limestone rubble laid in courses, with a pantile roof. The building features a two-cell main house with a hallway entry and a low house to the right that has a through-passage entry in the main range. It stands two storeys tall and has three first-floor windows, with the roof line dropping over the low house. The doors are from the 20th century and have circular glazed panels. The windows are casements throughout, featuring keyed stone lintels on the main house. Notable architectural details include sprocketed eaves, gable coping, shaped kneelers, and end and ridge stacks.
