Description

Cliff House is a house, likely dating from the early 19th century, and possibly incorporating older fabric. It is constructed with incised rendered walls and has a pantiled roof with stone copings. The house has a gable end facing the road, with the right bay being wider. It extends to three storeys and an attic, with two bays in width. A plinth runs around the base. The central entrance is a 6-panel door. Four-pane sash windows are located on the ground and first floors, with a modern casement window on the second floor. A blank window panel is present in the gable. The property is listed for its group value.
