Description
The walled garden located to the southeast of Busby Hall is a Grade II* listed structure, likely dating from the late 18th century. The walls are constructed of coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone on the outside, lined with red brick in a stretched Flemish garden wall bond on the inside, and feature stone copings. In some areas, the walls reach heights of up to 15 feet and include plain entrances, with two located to the south and one to the north. At the corners, there are ball finials on swept pedestals, and a short spur wall at the east corner also has a ball finial.
