Description

This small barn, located 25 meters south of Hyde Farmhouse, dates back to the 17th century. It features a timber frame with plaster and brick infill, weatherboarded gables, and a slate roof. The barn is designed with four bays at the end of the range, and one of the central bays is open on both sides. The roof is half-hipped. Inside, there is a queen-post roof that was altered in the 19th century, with later principal rafters laid over the trusses.
