Description

Blackbrook Dove Ground is a pair of cottages built in the late 18th century. They are constructed of painted brick and feature a thatched roof. The cottages are one and a half storeys high and consist of four bays. There are plank doors located under a swept-down thatch hood supported by timber posts between the left-hand and right-hand bays. Each side has two-light casement windows with cambered heads. Above the inner bays, there are two-light eyebrow dormers, and above the right-hand bay, there is a one-light eyebrow dormer. The roof is half-hipped and has a central ridge stack. There are also additions to the rear of the cottages.
