Description

Common Farmhouse is a 17th-century building located on Common Lane. It is constructed from white-washed stone rubble and has two low storeys. The farmhouse features a gabled stone porch with inner slate benches and a segmental arched entrance. There is an additional doorway to the left that is now blocked. The ground floor has three windows, while the upper floor has five windows, one of which is also blocked. The windows are likely to have been enlarged at a later date, and the building has slate dripstones. At the rear, there is a catslide roof that slopes down to a staircase wing.
