Description

Orrest Head House is a 17th-century house with later alterations. It is constructed of stone rubble, rendered and colour-washed, with a slate roof. The house has two storeys. On the ground floor, there is a French door and four triple sash windows, all covered by an iron trellis verandah. Above are five sixteen-paned sash windows. The interior is said to contain woodwork dated 1671.
