Description

Grove Cottage, built in 1834, is a 18th century structure located on Kendal Road. It features thick stone walls with a roughcast finish and an old slate roof. The main front, facing west, has a central boarded door, four windows on the ground floor, and five windows above. Most of the windows are six-paned and include wooden mullions and transoms, with one window having an opening pane. The listing excludes barns and other structures at the rear.
