Description
Heaning Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse situated on Heaning Lane. It is a long, low building constructed from stone rubble, now covered with roughcast rendering, and has an old slate roof. The roof features slate dripstone over the entire ground floor. The farmhouse has thick walls, two chimneys, and originally had seven windows on each floor, though most are now modern replacements within the old square window openings. A lean-to has been added to the left-hand end, and a rear wing is also present. The interior contains a cupboard bearing a date of 1681.
