Description
The hearse house, located north of the Church of St Michael, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features red sandstone rubble walls that are partly rendered and is topped with a graduated greenslate roof, which has lead hips and a wooden louvred cupola. This small square building is situated in the north corner of the churchyard. It has central double plank doors set in segmental arches, with no other openings present.
