Description

The Blue Bell Inn is a public house dating from the early 18th century, with alterations made in the late 19th century. It features painted roughcast walls with false timber framing, topped by a graduated greenslate roof and roughcast chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has four bays, with a 20th-century door and casement windows that include glazing bars set within false timber surrounds. The interior is not of particular interest. The inn is included for its group value with Stanley Hall.
