Description
Bank Cottage and Relish is a shop and house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of roughcast stone and has a slate roof. The building stands three storeys high and features four bays. On the ground floor, there are casement windows in the second bay, and paired sash windows with single glazing bars in the third and fourth bays. There are entrances in the second and fourth bays, which include a 20th-century stable door and a glazed door. The first floor has a casement window in the first bay, while the third and fourth bays have sash windows with glazing bars. The second floor contains three windows with horizontally sliding sashes. A lateral stack is located in the first bay. The left return, adjacent to the King's Arms, consists of three bays. The ground floor features a small-paned casement window, garage doors, and a stable door to the left. The first floor has casement windows, and the second floor has two horizontally sliding sashes.
