Description

This is a bank barn located to the northeast of Redscar Farmhouse, which is the southernmost farmhouse in the area. The barn features walls made of slate and stone rubble, topped with a slate roof. It is two storeys high, with a cart entrance at the rear leading to the hay barn and additional entrances to the cowsheds below. The barn is included in the listing primarily for its group value with the surrounding buildings.
