Description

Low Farmhouse and adjoining barns, dated and inscribed over the entrance with "W & S C 1729". The building features roughcast walls and is topped with a graduated greenslate roof, which includes yellow brick chimney stacks. It is two storeys high and consists of two bays, with a barn to the right that shares a common roof and turns at right angles at the end. The farmhouse has a plank door set within a red sandstone architrave, and sash windows framed by red sandstone surrounds. The barns have plank doors also in red sandstone surrounds, along with a loft doorway and slit vents.
