Description

The property comprises two early 19th century buildings, known as Glencroft (No. 18) and Cobblestones (No. 20), situated on the west side of West Street, Dunster. The frontages are colourwashed render, with a slate roof and brick stacks. The buildings are two storeys high. The first floor has two single-light and one tripartite-light sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor features two tripartite-light sash windows. A central recessed panelled door is set within a cambered head opening, framed by a heavy plain stone doorcase. A later addition includes a large tiled hood supported by brackets. To the left-hand side is a flat-headed archway containing double doors. A recessed stable-type door is located on the No. 20 side.
