Description

Westleigh is an early 19th-century house on the east side of West Street, Dunster. The facade is colour-washed rendered with a slate roof, bracketed eaves, and brick end stacks. There are two hipped casement dormers in the attic. The house has two storeys and three windows, with sash windows in reveals, featuring glazing bars and flat heads with stepped voussoirs. A central semi-circular head opening has imposts, a plain arched top, a fanlight, and a panelled door. A later half-glazed door and a modern shop window with fascia are located on the ground floor to the right-hand side.
