Description

No. 75 East Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features a rendered front, with the upper part of the left side wall being slate-hung. The house has a slated roof and a rendered chimney on the right gable. It is three storeys high and one window wide, with a doorway located to the left of the ground-storey window. The windows are plain sashes set in box frames. The doorway is adorned with a reeded surround that includes circular panels in the top corners, a moulded cornice, and panelled reveals. Additionally, there is an iron shoescraper at the entrance.
