Description

This milestone, dating from the early 19th century, is located on the A382 about 1 metre south-east of the road to Caseley. It is made of granite and has an oblong shape with a rounded top. The stone features carved lettering with serifs that reads: NEWTON 9, BOVEY 3 2 0 MORETON 3 2 0.
