Farmhouse. C17 or earlier; additions at rear and dated wing of 1869 at front. Granite rubble; red brick dressings at left-hand end. Slated roof, hipped on left. Chimneystacks on gable-walls; 2 more on ridge, one in rear wall and another in gable-wall of 1869 wing. Plan has cross-passage with hall and parlour to right; kitchen and 2 other rooms to left. 2 storeys. 6-window front. C19 casements, mostly with glazing-bars; sash at right-hand end of ground storey. 3 right-hand windows of second storey and second window from right in ground storey are older with leaded panes. Gabled stone entrance porch of mid C19 with shaped bargeboards. Hall has fireplace with plain granite lintel in rear wall. Kitchen has fireplace with monolithic granite jambs and lintel. Rounded stair turret with stone steps at rear.
