House in row, now part of school. Early C19. Flemish bond brickwork, tile roof, brick stack. 3 storeys, 2-windowed. 12 above 16-pane sashes in exposed boxes and to good brick voussoirs with fluted keystone and cornice. At ground floor is tripartite 8:12:8-pane sash under full-width fascia. To right is broad 6-pane flush doorway on 2 stone steps. Coped parapet, brick stack left, straight joints both sides of property. INTERIOR not inspected.
