The building has four storeys and a basement, with a single-windowed narrow gabled front. Above the gable is a 2-light small-pane casement, and below are 16-pane sash windows on the first and ground floors. The first and second floor windows are adorned with a fluted keystone and cornice. To the right of the façade, there is a 6-panel fielded door set within a fluted pilaster doorcase. There are mid-20th century extensions to the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
