Description

This is an unidentified chest tomb located approximately 11 metres west of the west door of the Church of St Peter in Winchcombe. It dates from the early 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features an upright design with a flat top that has a moulded edge. It includes raised panels set within moulded surrounds and has a moulded base. The inscription on the tomb was not legible at the time of the survey. It is situated next to the Lydia Durham memorial.
