Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the south side of Gloucester Street in Winchcombe. The house is constructed of fine ashlar stone, distinguished by a single plinth and a mid-level string course. It has a concrete tile roof with coped verges on the right side. The front facade features two 12-pane sash windows on each floor, and a central door with six fielded panels. It appears to be contemporary with the adjacent building at No. 2.
