Description

Alma House is a house dating from the early 19th century or late 18th century. It is constructed of good squared and coursed limestone and features a half-hipped mansard roof covered with Welsh slate. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-windowed facade that includes good sash windows with glazing bars and stone cills. However, the ground floor on the left side has been replaced and is not authentic. There are two small 2-light casement dormers, a central 4-panel door accessed by two steps, and a plank door to a through-way on the extreme left. At the back, there is a deep wing with a mansard roof that includes two good sash windows with glazing bars.
