Description
11, 12, and 13 Mill Bank is a detached house that was formerly three cottages, dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. The building features a timber-frame structure with painted brick and a tiled roof, along with a brick stack. It is set back from St Mary's Road, with the gable end facing the street. The gable is framed and has painted brickwork, standing two storeys high, with a paired two-light casement window above a square bay that contains multi-pane casements and a 20th-century glazed door. The long front side facing the alley is constructed in English bond brickwork, featuring two small three-light fixed casements on the ground floor. At the eaves, there is a three-light window above a six-light window, followed by another two-light window and a 20th-century door set within the remains of the timber framing. Further along, there are two sections of brick with straight joints, which include two-light 19th-century casements and a large 18th-century brick stack. The end gable has two small windows on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
