Description
Brockeridge Farm is an 18th-century farmhouse constructed of painted brick, topped with a red tile roof and featuring brick stacks. At the rear, there is a timber-framed lean-to. The building has a U-shaped plan and includes a 20th-century glazed lean-to on the left-hand side, which is not of special interest. It stands two storeys high with an attic. The garden front displays two gables that project forward on the right and left sides. The ground floor has two and three-light steel casements set within segmental-headed surrounds, while the first floor features two-light casements with glazing bars. There are blocked two-light windows in the attic, and bands run above the first floor and attic windows. French windows are located in the right-hand return. The interior has not been inspected.
